Students who are seeking admission into Tapasya Academy have to furnish the following documents/ certificates and pay the prescribed fees. Mere appearance of qualifying in the Scholarship/ Entrance/ Aptitude test is no guarantee for admission unless and otherwise all the other formalities are fulfilled.

• Transfer certificate (as proof of previous class of study from earlier educational institution) in original.

• Birth certificate (issued by Municipal Authority/ Mandal Revenue Officer or any other authorized official) in original.

• Study – cum – conduct certificate (as the proof of previous class of study) in original.

• Progress Report (as the proof of previous class of study from earlier educational institution) in  original.

• Caste certificate (for those who seek any reservation) in original.

• Recent Passport size photographs of the student – 5 no’s

• Stamp size photographs of Authorized visitors (Father /Mother and Guardian) – number each.
